Residing in Binalong Bay Tasmania, I teach the Gokhale Method Foundations Courses in Tasmania and throughout Australia. I have always had a passion for sports, running, keeping fit, and learning how to stay healthy and uninjured. Having taught dance aerobics and studied physiology and movement, I used what was considered the safest techniques available at the time. However, after discovering the Gokhale Method through “8 Steps to a Pain-Free Back,” I realized there was a better way to position and move the body. Incorporating Primal Posture™ and alignment makes all the difference to the way I view healthy movement and posture today.
I am currently a massage therapist practicing Hawaiian Lomi Lomi. This method allows me to relieve physical pain and tension and free up blocked energy in my clients. However, for years there was a desire in me to give them more information towards improving the quality of their lives on a day-to-day basis. I would recommend Esther Gokhale’s book “8 Steps to a Pain-Free Back” to the majority of my clients. My drive to empower people to take control of their own pain management lead me to travel to California to gain my certification as a Gokhale Method® Teacher. There is no greater joy than working hands on with people and empowering them to become and remain pain-free for life. I am the first teacher to bring this amazing program to Australia.

After a few years of lower back pain I discovered the gokhale method. It has absolutely changed my life. I am no longer limiting my activities and am no longer in pain every day!
